School Events
Don’t Touch -
Mr. Piper visited the school with his puppets, Charlie and Chicken Nugget on Wednesday afternoon this week to talk to Keys Stage 1 and 2 pupils about the importance of not touching needles or syringes or other people’s drugs and medicines. The show included lots of fun and laughter in getting the message across to the pupils.
World Maths Day -
In the last couple of weeks, pupils in Years 1 to 6 have been rehearsing for World Maths Day and have answered a total of 183,684 mental arithmetic questions correctly.
This is an outstanding achievement for the school and has been very beneficial and enjoyable for the pupils. Well done!
Wrexham Science Festival Daffodil Competition
Pupils in the Juniors will be entering the Wrexham Science Festival daffodil competition. As part of the conditions of the competition, entrants will be agreeing to have their daffodil work displayed during the Wrexham Science Festival and to have photographs taken of themselves and their work. If any parent is unhappy with this, please let the class teacher know.
